The following are the payment methods that we accept:
1) Email Money Transfer (INTERAC e-Transfer)
Interac e-Transfers are a safe and convenient way to send funds without sharing personal account details. Go to your financial institution's website for information on how to send an e-Transfer. If you plan to send us an e-Transfer, please notify us in advance by phone or by email.

2) Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
The PAD system automatically withdraws the amount of your rent from your bank account on the first business day each month. This eliminates the need to submit a monthly cheque or money order to pay your rent.
If you would like to sign up for our PAD system, please print a PAD form from the forms page on this website, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request a PAD form. Alternatively, you can request a PAD form from the Resident Manager. Completed forms can be returned to us via email along with a picture or scan of either a Void Cheque OR a form from your bank listing your full account details. Completed forms can also be submitted to the Resident Manager.
Please note: completed PAD forms must be submitted by the 20th day of the month prior to the month you want your automatic withdrawals to begin.
3) Cheque or Money Order
